Each day this program will appear and send all batches ready in the system
A batch in red means there was a problem and state the reason
  1.   A good Batch will be Black
  2.   File Does not exists Will Show the last Entry in red
  3.   Duplicate batch requires a change in Batch Number on Server
  4.   Dublicate Batch amount indicates Batch already sent
Double Click on a file server in the list to Retry a failed
Credit card Batch
    A list will appear of all failed batches
    Double click on the batch to retry
    If Batch does not go through
    Call Sierra For assistance

Click on View Daily Batch Logs to view communication log
This log shows all batch attempts DO NOT CHANGE AND SAVE
    A list of servers will appear
    double click on the report requested
